It happens to many MSPs. A significant client, representing a large portion of your recurring revenue suddenly goes away. They are acquired, find a different provider, go out of business, or perhaps just decide to bring things in house. Whatever the reason, losing a significant customer is something every MSPs should plan for, even if you never want it to happen.
